  We helped support Red Nose Day by wearing red and bringing a £1 donation for Comic Relief. We also had a cake sale after school.

  

• World Book Day

  We celebrated World Book Day this year by having a special Worship and breakfast. All parents were invited to read along with the children and we also had a 'book swop' with our friends.  We also came dressed as our favourite book characters!

  Mrs Duncan, our Headteacher, gave birth to a baby girl yesterday! We are all very excited here in school and send her lots of love and our very best wishes.  Well done Mrs Duncan.

  Our Headteacher, Mrs Duncan, left us to start her maternity leave today - we will miss her but are looking forward to hearing some baby news very soon!

  Mr David Ramsay, Headteacher of St Mary's Catholic Primary School in Great Eccleston, will be our Associate Headteacher whilst she is away.
